We are a small firm specializing in assisting retail businesses in minimizing losses and reducing shrink. Developing a complete Loss Prevention Department or enhancing the one you currently have is what we do.  Also, Loss Prevention training can be conducted on these important issues:

Valerie Brown’s retail professional experience spans more than 20 years and includes risk management, security and loss prevention operations.  She also has her Master’s Degree in education from Eastern Michigan Univesity that more than qualifies her for teaching the courses we offer.
